Restaurant Manager - New Branch/ Pasta Club

Develop initial and in- service training programs and ensure follow- up, paying particular attention to improving service quality;
Apply and ensure the application of procedures and regulations concerning hygiene & safety;
Set up standard procedures for professional guidance for all positions in the restaurant;
Establish and maintain effective employee relations;
Implement the appropriate means to improve costs, expenses, and charges according to F&B Operations Manager instructions;
Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy;
Arrange shifts and monthly employee attendance reports;
Plan, control, and coordinate restaurant organization and activity;
Take responsibility for reception and service quality, supervised directly by F&B Operations Manager;
Pay attention to guests’ comments; immediately take all required corrective measures;
Ensure good coordination between Restaurant and the Kitchen: knowledge of the menu, suggestions, missing dishes, etc;
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
Have 2 years experience;
Excellent listening and communication skills;
Much have Basic English in speaking;

Staff meal and uniform are provided;
Offer official contract after 1- 2 months working;
13th month salary.
Base salary will be share during interview;
