Retail Operation Executive

Coordinate and execute day- to- day retail and omnichannel operations across multiple SEA countries.
Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
Work closely with cross- functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT) to ensure smooth operational flow.
Communicate regularly with HQ to align on standards, reports, and project status.
Support planning and rollout of new operational initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are well- managed.

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with HQ and regional teams.
Ownership Mindset: Highly proactive, accountable, and results- oriented, with the ability to drive tasks from initiation to completion.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in retail operations, supply chain, store management, or omnichannel management.
Project Management: Strong ability to plan, track, and execute projects across multiple countries, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
