Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Store Leader/Store Manager to coordinate sales execution and manpower arrangement.
Own sell- out performance across assigned retail chains and stores, with full accountability for store- level results.
Monitor daily store- level performance, identify execution gaps, and implement corrective actions directly on the shop floor.
Ensure optimal manpower coverage based on store traffic, peak hours, weekends, and sales campaigns; proactively reallocate resources when required.
Ensure in- store execution standards, including product display, planogram compliance, POSM visibility, demo readiness, and sales floor discipline.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback; prepare regular sales and operational reports for management.
Manage end- to- end in- store operations, including PG deployment, manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
Track store- level inventory, highlight out- of- stock or slow- moving items, and coordinate with relevant teams to support sell- out.
Train, coach, and supervise PGs and store staff on product knowledge, selling skills, upselling, and customer engagement.
Execute retail sales programs, promotions, incentives, and activation activities to maximize conversion and productivity.
