Revenue and Reservation Manager

Handle complex reservations, group bookings, and VIP reservations.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis and prepare performance reports.
Manage room inventory and availability across all distribution channels.
Ensure timely response to guest inquiries, booking requests, and special arrangements.
Participate in budget preparation and annual business planning.
Ensure reservation procedures comply with Accor brand standards and operating procedures.
Optimize pricing strategies based on market demand and business needs.
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and hotel profitability.
Ensure all reservations are handled accurately and efficiently.
Identify revenue opportunities and recommend promotional activities to increase market share.
Monitor reservation conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and business performance.
Monitor channel performance and distribution costs to ensure maximum profitability.
Ensure rate parity and compliance with brand standards across all booking platforms.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Revenue & Reservations Management.
At least 2 years in same position.
