What You’ll Do
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute strategies seamlessly.
Design Winning Promotions: Create and deploy impactful promotion plans aligned with brand and category objectives.
Turn Data into Action: Use Nielsen, EPOS, and other sources to forecast market share and guide decision- making.
Drive Mix Optimization: Balance channel, segment, and pack size mix to strengthen competitiveness and margins.
Monitor Price Index: Track key metrics (API, CPI, SPI) and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines.
Lead Pack & Price Strategy: Develop differentiated strategies by channel and customer using EPOS and shopper data.
Optimize Trade Investment: Maximize ROI within trade budgets and deliver win- win solutions for Unilever and our partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
