Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to optimize rate structures.
• Monitor and adjust rates daily through revenue management systems (RMS, PMS, Channel Manager).
• Manage room inventory and distribution across all online and offline channels (OTA, GDS, direct booking, etc.).
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, budget reports, and performance analyses for management.
• Ensure optimal use of systems and data analytics to improve decision- making and revenue performance.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and overall profitability.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams to align revenue strategies and promotional plans.
• Identify new market opportunities, recommend pricing models, and evaluate the impact of promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Good command of English (other languages are a plus).
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of e- commerce, distribution channels, and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in hotel management and revenue systems (Opera, RMS, Channel Manager).
• Detail- oriented, data- driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at a 4–5- star hotel or resort.
