Revenue Manager

- Present monthly P&L reviews and refine revenue strategies accordingly
- Produce weekly forecasts for occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, and GOP PAR with less than 5% variance.
- Collaborate with the DOSM on promotions, packages, and group displacement strategies.
- Develop and implement a 12- month rolling pricing and inventory strategy by segment.
- Analyze competitor pricing, booking pace, and market demand trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Lead daily yield meetings (REV MAX), optimizing controls across OTA, Direct, and wholesale channels.

- Strong business acumen with solid expertise in forecasting models and advanced use of pivot tables.
- Vietnamese candidates with experience in lifestyle resort operations are preferred.
- Proven knowledge of ancillary revenue optimization, including activities and F&B upselling.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in hotel revenue management, including at least 2 years in a large- scale resort environment.
