RMA Technician (Nhân Viên Bảo Hành)

Replace device components
Check the device when receiving a support request from other departments.
Propose a process for handling and improving the efficiency of your own work.
Notify the warranty result to the distributor, sub- ASC or end user.
Perform technical tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Receive, record the status and process warranty products from distributors, sub- ASC and end users.
Support periodic inventory audits of the warranty warehouse.
Check the product, process it within the allowed time.
Track and update the status of Warranty items.
Evaluate the warranty status, propose handling instructions for warranty products.
Report weekly/monthly warranty statistics to direct manager.

Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic English communication
Careful, can work under high pressure.
Ability to repair circuit boards and replace electronic components.
At least 1 year of experience working in a similar position.
Honest, responsible for work.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, or Information Technology.
Proficiency in using office computer software.
