Rooms Division Manager

Handle guest complaints or incidents quickly and effectively to maintain brand reputation.
Monitor room quality before–during–after guest stay; conduct random room & public area checks.
Set up staffing plans, work schedules, and manage HR activities of Rooms Division.
Ensure service procedures and standards meet 4–5- star hospitality expectations.
Develop and maintain SOPs, enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and fire prevention regulations.
Work with Sales team to maximize room occupancy and revenue based on seasonality.
Control operational expenses (linen, chemicals, amenities, labor cost…) within approved budgets.
Organize regular training on service standards, operational procedures, and guest handling.
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
Submit reports on performance indicators: occupancy rate, guest satisfaction, cost per room, complaints.

Professional expertise:
Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera, Fidelio, Smile, etc.) and report analysis.
Experience in staff training, performance evaluation (KPI), and succession planning.
In- depth knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations in 4–5 star resorts.
Strong guest service skills, effective problem- solving, and crisis management.
Education & Language:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
Good command of English
Experience:
Preferably experienced in resorts with >100 rooms.
Minimum 3–5 years as Front Office or Housekeeping Manager in 4- star+ property.
Personal qualities:
Able to work under pressure and coordinate cross- department tasks smoothly.
Friendly, calm, reliable, and professional demeanor.
