- Phối hợp kiểm toán, thẩm tra quyết toán vốn Dự án hoàn thành.
- Xây dựng, quản lý được khái toán, tổng mức đầu tư, dự toán, dòng tiền.
- Báo cáo tiến độ đấu thầu, thanh quyết toán, sản lượng, dòng tiền theo tuần/tháng.
- Tổ chức, tham gia quá trình lựa chọn Nhà thầu.
- Kiểm soát, quản lý hồ sơ thanh toán, quyết toán.
- Theo dõi, quản lý quá trình thực hiện các Hợp đồng.
- Tham gia họp, phối hợp liên phòng ban, liên bộ phận trong BQLDA, Công ty và Tập đoàn.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with inter- departmental and cross- functional teams within the Project Management Unit, the Company, and the Group.
• Monitor and manage contract implementation.
• Coordinate with auditors and appraisal units in the audit and verification of final accounts for completed projects.
• Organize and participate in the contractor selection process.
• Control and manage payment and final settlement documentation.
• Develop and manage preliminary cost estimates, total investment, detailed budgets, and cash flow.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on procurement progress, payment settlement, work volumes, and cash flow.
