Sale Administrator (8-Month Contract)

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
Scope of Responsibilities
Reports
● Sales data analysis and follow- up the Sales performance
● Compiling sales reports, inventory reports, revenue reports and team activity (visit…)
● Calculating selling programs (bonus, incentive,…)
● Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Documentation preparation
● Business contracts/ Commitments/ Agreements; follow the status and validity terms of the current contract (revise contract if changing policy or address…);
● Consolidate all customer&039;s information including contract types, and dates & in charge of hard copy storage for further archive.
Operational supports
● Delivering documentation and materials for Medical team when needed; following up the use of company&039;s assets
● Prepare the slides of the presentation for the meeting and reporting
● Support for the organization of some event or activity
● Other tasks assigned by the manager
● Managing and preparing company’s materials to support Medical team: full sized products, sampling, gifts, POSM, Marketing materials for their activations

Yêu cầu công việc
● A team player with high level of dedication
● Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
● Understanding of sales performance metrics
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
● English: Communication
● Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
● An associate’s or bachelor&039;s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
● At least 3 years of experience in the same position
● Ability to work under strict deadlines
