Sale Coodinator

§ Search for customers and gather market information and sales leads
§ Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager
§ Complete tasks assigned by the company
§ Handle shipment operations and build relationships with other departments: customer service, documentation, accounting, and on- site teams, serving as a liaison to ensure smooth communication and information flow with customers
§ Build strong relationships with customers and agents

§ Proficiency in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
§ Knowledge of customs regulations and international and domestic transportation regulations
§ At least 6 months of experience in a sales position, preferably in transportation and logistics or shipping lines
§ Responsible and a team player
§ Soft skills such as communication, negotiation, effective problem- solving, and ability to work under pressure
§ Willingness to learn and develop professionally
§ Experience in transportation and logistics industry, with knowledge of maritime and air cargo
