Position: Sales Manager of Cosmeceuticals – Hanoi and Surrounding Provinces

Job description
Vị trí: Quản lý kinh doanh ngành Dược Mỹ Phẩm – Khu vực Hà Nội và các tỉnh lân cận.
Direct report: Taiwanese General Manager and designated liaison(s).
Basic Salary range: 25.000.000 VND- 40.000.000 VND + Sale Bonuses
B2B- sell the Professional cosmeceuticals to local hospitals, Aesthetic clinics, SPA center directly.
The development and maintenance of customers’ relationships;
To plan and implement annual/quarterly marketing strategies.
To organize and manage the sales team.
Sales development and brand promotion.
Based on sales and inventory status, propose sales forecasts and initiate stock replenishment.
Assist in sales planning for new product development and launch.
To divide sales responsible territories.
Develop annual sales targets for customers (newly developed and existing), business, products, and regions according to company regulations, and provide monthly/quarterly/annual analysis reviews and improvement reports.
To support the marketing department to research (competitors’ samples and price information collection).
Yêu cầu công việc
More than two (2) years of experience in the ability to manage sales teams and assign the work.
Patient, careful, supportive, and has a strong teamwork spirit.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills. (Chinese is a plus)
At least three (5) years of related sales experience in the skin, beauty hospitals, clinics, and salon industries
Proven sales skills and well knowledgeable in cosmeceuticals
Bachelor’s degree and above. Beautician, Department of Cosmetic Science and Application, Pharmacist major is a plus
