Administrative & Documentation
• Track booking requests, contracts, payment status, and follow- ups.
• Prepare sales contracts, quotations, proposals, and other documents.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales files, and reports.
Sales Coordination
• Support the Sales team in preparing materials for client meetings, sales kits, and site inspections.
• Follow up with clients, partners (corporate/TAs/MICE/OTAs), and ensure timely communication.
• Assist with the organization of sales events, promotions, and familiarization trips (FAM trips).
• Coordinate with Reservation, Front Office, Revenue, and Operations to confirm room availability and booking details.
Customer Service
• Handle basic customer inquiries through email/phone and provide accurate information.
• Support guests with booking amendments, special requests, and pre- arrival arrangements.
• Maintain professional communication with clients to enhance satisfaction and long- term relationships.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Admin, Reservation, or Front Office is preferred.
English communication: basic to intermediate level.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
College/University degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail, well- organized, able to multitask and work under pressure.
