Documentation: Draft and manage sales- related documents, including quotations, contracts, and invoices.
Sales Support: Coordinate with sales representatives to track sales targets, update performance data, and assist in daily operations.
Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database/ CRM system to ensure accurate information for reporting.
Order Processing: Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy in the CRM system.
Reporting: Prepare periodic sales reports on performance, volume, and customer trends.
Customer Support: Serve as a direct point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Arito, SAP).
Strong organizational and time- management skills.
