Job Objective:
The Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer data, tracking sales transactions, preparing sales documentation, and handling administrative tasks related to the sales process. By working closely with different departments and streamlining sales operations, the Sales Administrator enables the sales team to focus on closing deals and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Support:
Ensure customer files are well- organized, accurate, and complete.
Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, creating PO on system, contracts, and sales- related documents.
Track sales activities, update customer data, orders, and sales figures in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Working with other departments to follow up the PO.
Customer Data and Contract Management:
Manage the customer database, ensuring that contact information, contracts, and related documents are up to date and accurate.
Handle and archive customer files and sales agreements in line with company procedures.
Update and monitor the status of customer transactions and contracts.
Logistic and Support:
Coordinate with other departments such as finance and customer service to resolve issues related to orders or post- sale services.
Assist with payment processing and follow up with customers on outstanding payments if necessary.
Support Logistic for all sales activities
Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in analyzing sales data to help the sales team develop strategies for improving performance.
Prepare reports on sales performance, contract status, and progress toward sales targets for management.
Support for Sales Events and Workshops:
Help organize sales events, workshops, and customer meetings.
Manage marketing materials and support sales- related marketing activities.
Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Line manager.

Job Requirements:
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.
Preferably 2 years experienced in a professional working environment with high pressure, quality- and result oriented
Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software such as MS Office, Google Suite.
Must be able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Data mind- set, analytical, planning and forecast skill
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Experience in a fast- paced sales environment.
A team player with high level of dedication
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Understanding of sales performance metrics
