Confirm bookings and ensure that clients are informed of ticketing, accommodation, travel insurance, and any visa or currency requirements.
Report on weekly sales progress and attend regular sales meetings to discuss targets and strategies.
Prepare and send accurate quotations, tour itineraries, and all necessary documentation for booking confirmation.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounting) to ensure the smooth execution of tour programs.
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions, primarily through phone calls, emails, and in- person meetings.
Advise clients on appropriate tour packages and provide detailed information to help them make informed decisions.
Follow the sales process to ensure all bookings are properly executed and clients receive timely updates.
Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, tour packages, and additional products to increase sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 year of experience in travel sales, inbound sales, preferably with experience in the Philippines market.
Proactive, goal- oriented, and able to work independently.
