Mô tả công việc
• Organize mock- ups at project sites, prepare inspection tools (moisture/pH meters), sample acceptance reports; coordinate with Sales and Technical teams to finalize BOQ (Bill of quantity) and BOM (Bill of material), convert from Specification to Purchase Order (PO).
• Organize and participate in workshops; connect and expand the architect network.
• Report CRM pipeline; track Specification ID, Mock- up, Specification to PO performance.
• Build and update a database of architectural consulting firms specializing in villas; evaluate and score the ideal customer profile for prioritized engagement.
• Develop and maintain Jotun technical documents (Technical Data Sheet/ Safety Data Sheet, architectural library, fan deck, villa case studies…).
• Provide technical advice on Jotun coating systems; develop technical specification packages and support Specification ID creation and tracking in CRM.
• Monitor construction progress and update site reports.
