• Sample and Production Management:
˗ Request and track mass production to ensure deadlines are met.
˗ Prepare samples for customer testing with required documentation.
˗ Coordinate pre- production meetings to communicate customer requirements.
˗ Request and follow up on sample quality and schedules.
• Customer Communication and Support:
˗ Handle customer forms and paperwork promptly.
˗ Alert the Sales Manager about any risks affecting timelines, quality, or budget.
˗ Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sample and order statuses.
˗ Follow up with departments to resolve customer complaints.
• Sales and Administrative Support:
˗ Maintain an organized sample area.
˗ Develop the ability to manage select customer accounts independently.
˗ Assist Account Managers with research, quotations, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Complete reports and administrative tasks as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Educational requirements: Bachelor&039;s degree in International Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Specialized requirements: Experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in furniture, handicrafts, or home décor industries.
• Years of professional experience: Proven experience in a similar role.
• Language skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

˗ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
