Coordinate with operations team when needed

Handle inbound leads from international customers
Clearly explain tours, pricing, services, and conditions
Manage customer data and sales reports
Deliver excellent customer experience before, during, and after the tour
Understand customer needs and design suitable itineraries
Follow up, close bookings, and support payments

Able to handle multiple customers and pressure
Confident working with international customers
Strong English communication spoken and written required
Proactive, responsible, and solution- oriented
Passion for travel or adventure is a plus
Experience in sales, customer service, or travel is an advantage
