* Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make regular reporting as requested by Management.
- Manage all steps for the first orders of new customers until reaching stable relation: negotiations, quotation, sampling, contracts, order follow up, on- time delivery, payment tracking,...
- Explore new business opportunities and develop the sales network in order to expand our customers’ base: find and visit new customers, work in synergy with our sales’ offices in Europe, US and Asia,...
- Supervise Sales admin team in charge of all daily activities with our current customers.
- Participate to sales connected activities: trade fairs, factory visits, collections, website, pricing,...
- Conduct market surveys and analyse competitors’ activities in order to define the correct strategy for the company (pricing, services, product ranges,...).
- Develop sales with current customers.
* Relations:
- Reports directly to the Sales Manger and General Director.
- Cooperate with all departments: Technical department, Planning, Production, Sales administration team, Accounting department, and Import/Export department.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: technical background or product development or sales on metal products (any fields among: fashion, leather goods, luggage, shoes, furniture, gadgets, low cost jewellery, medals, etc.) is a plus.
- Few years experience in sales development
- University or College degree
- Excellent English language skills.
- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.
- Able to work under the direction of a foreign management team.
- Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with the ability to work on an independent basis.
- High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
