Sales Director - Chemicals Industry

We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Sales Director of Chemicals to join Stavian to GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
Manage and approve commercial contracts, ensuring risk control and policy compliance.
Build, coach, and manage the sourcing & sales team; set KPIs and performance targets.
Report regularly to GD & BOD on performance, risks, and action plans.
Coordinate with SC/Logistics for supply planning, delivery performance, and inventory discipline.
Drive chemical commercial/trading strategy (pricing, product mix, market positioning) to optimize margins.
Lead both Sourcing (upstream) and Sales (downstream) to secure supply and drive growth.
Build and execute the chemical business plan by year/quarter/month (revenue, volume, margin).
Develop strategic suppliers; negotiate price and terms (MOQ, lead time, payment).
Monitor market trends (price, supply- demand, competitors, regulations) and make timely decisions.
Develop customers/key accounts; manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal closing.
Own P&L and ensure results align with leadership agreements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Risk Management experienced is preferable
Excellence entrepreneurial, leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
Strategic planning exposure a must
Proven people management skills, excellence planning and implementation works in a good manner
Fluency in English required.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related Chemical/Business/Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
