Responsibilities:
Growth and Sales
• Key leadership role in the design and delivery of client and revenue growth plans for Business Development Team in HCM.
• Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
• Accountable for executing the Healthcare growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
• Developing and co- leading to win new large accounts
• Leading, managing and executing the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
• Driving business development best practice, including industry research and (LMP) local market planning.
• Working closely with Country Head of Growth to drive business development best practice
Operational Excellence
• Supervising the team on day- to- day operations to ensure Operation Excellence KPIs achieved
• Working with Head of Account Management, Nationwide to create sustainable divisional growth plans, LMP
• Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform.
• Delivering sales management reporting as required to Head of Growth
Leadership
• Acting as support and escalation points for team members.
• Managing direct reports as required – Ho Chi Minh BDD team, ensuring that teams’ objectives are aligned with the overall country strategy, that their performance is satisfactory and that they are taking the necessary action continually to develop their capability as business leaders
• Building trusted relationships with the leadership that facilitates and encourages collaboration
