Sales Capability Development
• Create coaching frameworks and tools for sales managers (Heads of Sales) to use in their field coaching sessions.
• Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs (product knowledge, sales methodology, CRM usage)
• Develop and standardize onboarding processes for new hires to ensure rapid productivity.
Sales Content & Tool Creation:
• Activity: Create and maintain a central repository of sales enablement content: playbooks, battle cards, presentations, competitive comparisons, and product sheets.
• Activity: Ensure all content is aligned with the product strategy defined by the Category Managers and the campaign strategy from Marketing Ops.
• Impact: Ensures the sales force is consistent, accurate, and effective in their messaging, overcoming "inefficient coordination."
CRM Adoption & Data- Driven Coaching:
• Activity: Partner with the Commercial Excellence BP to drive CRM adoption and optimize its functionality for the sales team&039;s daily use.
• Impact: Solves the problem of "Limited CRM usage" by making it a valuable tool for the salesperson and their manager, enabling "data- driven coaching."
• Support sales forecasting by ensuring pipeline data in the CRM is accurate and actionable.
• Leverage CRM data (pipeline metrics, activity tracking, win/loss analysis) to identify performance gaps and create targeted coaching interventions.
Cross- Functional Coordination & Strategy Execution:
• Support the Head of Feed Business on strategic initiatives, acting as an implementation arm for commercial improvement projects.
• Partner with HR BP on training needs analysis, performance management data,and talent development initiatives.
• Work with Category Managers to transform product strategy into actionable sales tools and training.
• Coordinate closely with the Head of Sales to understand frontline challenges and align enablement priorities with sales goals.
