We are seeking a dynamic and technical- grounded Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our client’s cutting- edge automation portfolio. This role will be responsible for both cultivating new business partnerships and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular management reports on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and emerging market trends.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, analyzing their operational requirements and designing tailored solutions utilizing our automation components and services.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and marketing events to promote our brand and solutions.
• Proactively hunt for and develop new sales opportunities within strategic industrial sectors, identifying key decision- makers and project needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with both new prospects and existing accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead the entire sales cycle – from preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, managing sales orders and coordinating after- sales support.
• Work closely with internal engineering and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
