Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
• Support tendering, project discussions, and order finalization
• Identify and pursue opportunities across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, telecom, hospitals, data centers, real estate, and government sectors
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiations
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and volume targets
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline
Distributor & Channel Development
• Conduct joint customer visits and support distributor sales activities
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
• Independently develop the DG set market from the ground up in the assigned territory
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and long- term business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, and government authorities
• Define territory coverage, annual targets, and performance expectations
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure effective after- sales support and customer satisfaction Market Development & Intelligence
Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Strengthen brand presence and visibility in the Hanoi region
• Support and execute local marketing initiatives such as dealer meets, product demonstrations, exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs
Reporting & Internal Coordination
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including service, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure timely execution of orders and collections
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing of diesel generator sets or capital equipment
• Proven experience in appointing and managing distributors
• Strong exposure to B2B and project sales
• Experience in the Vietnam or Southeast Asia market will be an added advantage
