- Sell Mettler Toledo solutions, product and services that meet the customer needs.
- Conduct seminar, webinar and product training to increase the visibility of MT and potentially influence prospects.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) and products deliverables.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with partners, governmental institutions, associations.
- Establishes new growth platform and expand existing segments by conducting comprehensive market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex deals that benefit both parties.
- Develop personal customer relationship with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Prepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements.
- Investigate, resolve and log customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets.
- Implement and execute short- and longer- term business growth strategies
- Ensure conformance with corporate guidelines.
- Troubleshooting and guide customers to solve issues with products and/or applications if needed.
- Use CRM database to input, record and monitor sales activities. Such as lead generation, customers penetration and visit plan.
- Provide accurate monthly, quarterly and annual business forecast and achieve the targets.
