Responsibilities
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision- makers.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Vietnamese retail sector (supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.)
• Solution Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of SoluM’s ESL and IoT solutions.• Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.• Cross- border Collaboration: Communicate regularly with HQ and regional teams to align on product updates and sales targets.• all kinds of work related to sales and marketing
Yêu cầu công việc
• Language: Native proficiency in Vietnamese and business- level fluency in English (Written and Verbal).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
. • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the retail tech, POS, or electronics industry.
• Mindset: Proactive, result- oriented, and capable of working in a fast- paced global environme
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
* Technical background or interest in IoT/Digital transformation
* Experience working with Korean multinational corporations.
* Deep understanding of the Vietnamese retail ecosystem (e.g., WinMart, Co.op Mart, Bach Hoa Xanh).
