Company Overview
S- DAT TECH Co., Ltd is the exclusive distributor of HAM- LET® Valves & Fittings in Vietnam, providing high- quality instrumentation valves and fittings for Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, energy, chemical plants, and industrial projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer accounts in Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, Clean room, Refinery, Power Plant, industrial plants, and end- user (factory), mainly for gas line system.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Promote and sell HAM- LET® valves, fittings, Hoses & Gauges (reference: buy.ham- let.com/products/fittings); Dockweiler Tubing & Fittings; Mega Tubing, Fittings & Valves.
Make sure payment collection back and provide strong customer service after sales.
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare quotations, follow up orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Maintain strong, long- term relationships with existing customers.
Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.
Provide basic technical consultation to customers (product training will be provided).

Job Requirements
College or bachelor’s degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, Gas- Line filed, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in:
Industrial valves, fittings, or mechanical equipment
Clean room or Sanitary field
Oil & Gas industry
EPC or project- based sales
Proactive, responsible, and result- oriented mindset.
Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn technical products.
Able to communicate effectively in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
