General Responsibilities:
Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager.
Enhance work efficiency and productivity through process improvements and KAIZEN practices.
Regularly review and adjust your plans, seeking internal approvals as needed.
Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company’s goals, strategy, and tactics.
Sales Account Manager:
Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects.
Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary.
Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects.
Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team.
Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management.
Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.
Maintain strong sales communication to build long- term client relationships.
Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance.
Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms.
Yêu cầu công việc
Language proficiency required: Japanese (JLPT N1~2) and English (TOEIC 600+).
Demonstrates strong responsibility, a willingness to learn, and logical thinking with excellent explanation skills.
Over one year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing, with a background in marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
Proactively stays updated with industry trends and new technologies.
