Job Description
• Work closely with Tech/ AdOps team to resolve operational issues
• Take full ownership of your personal revenue KPI
• Analyze account performance and propose revenue optimization strategies
• Proactively identify and approach website owners (publishers)
• Present and persuade publishers to adopt our monetization solutions
• Coordinate publisher onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct professional outreach via email, Teams, and the other channels
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements
• Develop long- term publisher relationships to maximize recurring profit
You are not just a sales executor. You are responsible for building and growing revenue assets.

Job Requirements
Must have:
• Persuasive, flexible, and tactful in client communication
• Proactive, responsible, and performance- driven mindset
• Perseverance, diligence, and eagerness to learn
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in English, especially strong writing skills (English major graduates, IELTS >5.0 or TOEIC >600 is an advantage)
• Careful, detail- oriented, and consistent in follow- up
Nice to have:
• Prior experience managing client accounts
• Experience in digital advertising/ ad network
• Experience in Sales or Customer Service
