Sales Executive based in Ha Noi

Prepare sales reports, market updates, and recommend new business strategies.
Identify and develop new business leads (corporate, travel agents, MICE, etc.).
Maintain, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct sales calls, sales visits, and attend networking events to enhance brand awareness.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts according to company standards.
Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B, and Events teams to ensure service quality meets client expectations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar capacity or minimum 3 years of experience in the area of guest services/tele- marketing
• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
• High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen
