Sales Executive - Based in HCM

Market Development & Client Acquisition:
Develop and expand assigned market segments according to the sales strategy.
Identify and approach potential clients including corporate accounts, MICE, travel agents, OTAs, group bookings, and high- end individual guests.
Sales & Contract Negotiation:
Present, promote, and sell hotel/resort products and services to clients.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate terms to close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow- ups.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure services meet client requirements.
Update and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system.
Targets & Reporting:
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proactive, results- oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4–5 star hotel/resort.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
