Marking an average of 8 to 10 sales call a day and mainly in charge to bring guests to the property for site inspection2. Merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for Citadines Central Binh Duong3. Be the primary person responsible for leasing long- term & short- term guests4. To update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month5. Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for6. Initiate prospecting and solicitation of new accounts in the corporate territory; manage current accounts to maximize apartment nights7. Prepare daily sales reports supporting productivity standards8. Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of client and Citadines Central Binh Duong9. Periodically contact client while in- house to be certain all is in order and going well
Yêu cầu công việc
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
Proven experience in sales (preferred Hospitality / Tourism): one (1) year
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
English / Chinese communication skills
Strong guest service orientation.
Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication & negotiation skills
Goal- oriented with a "hunter" mindset
Resourceful and able to work independently.
