Develop and manage relationships with both state- owned companies and private companies in Vietnam.
Drive sales growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas headquarters and branch offices to ensure smooth business operations.
Solve problems and adapt quickly to new challenges while meeting sales objectives.
Utilize AI tools and office processing software to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
Handle trade operations, including import and export procedures.

Proven interpersonal skillset to communicate and build/maintain relationships with Vietnamese and global clients.
Year of birth from 1995- 2000
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is a must.
Demonstrated capacity for fast learning and problem- solving.
Experience in the fertilizer industry / experience in the logistics industry, international companies is an advantage.
Experience in international trade operations or the ability to quickly learn and apply relevant skills.
Detailed oriented personality and problem- solving capability is important.
Strong skills in using AI and office processing tools.
