Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to develop promotional campaigns
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase hotel facilities
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in hotel sales, with proven success in a senior or managerial role
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, market segmentation, and revenue management
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
