Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding

- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Search for and develop B2B customers in the international transportation sector (sea and air freight).
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Report progress and sales performance to the manager.
- Negotiate, prepare quotations, and sign contracts with customers (with a focus on EU and US routes).
- Consult on shipping rate solutions, international import/export procedures, and customs clearance tailored to each customer’s needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with good English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and results- oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and working with shipping lines/airlines.
