Sales Executive (Medical Devices)

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, market penetration, and key account management within the assigned territory, focusing on medical devices and equipment.
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, doctors, hospitals, and specialized departments.
Present products effectively, understand customer needs, and provide timely feedback to internal teams.
Actively prospect and acquire new customers (hospitals, clinics, specialists).
Market Analysis & Strategy
Provide necessary support and documentation for tender preparation and bidding processes.
Propose and implement effective strategies for market development and sales growth.
Conduct market research and analysis of competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate cross- functionally with internal teams:
Purchasing (for managing orders and inventory).
Accounting (for payment and financial follow- up).
Marketing (for events, workshops, and product launches).
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and manage allocated expenses.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: Prior sales experience is mandatory; experience in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
Education: University degree required.
Skills:
High level of responsibility and commitment.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Language & IT:
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competencies: Proactive, honest, decisive, and results- oriented.
