Be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting resort services, and identifying new business opportunities
Understand the needs of customer segments including travel companies and businesses to exceed customer expectations.
Have plans and programs to send promotional information, incentives and gifts exclusively to old customers, aiming to attract their repeat visits.
Manage customer information system.
Participate in typical tourism events, business trips and promotional events to introduce the Resort&039;s image as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Support; Oversee group conferences and related events to enhance the guest experience and help maintain business partnerships.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
Connect and develop relationships with travel companies and businesses
Implement a care program and develop good relationships with old customers, especially strategic customers of the Resort.
Participating training courses and meetings as demanded.
Meet with key and potential customers, establish and maintain relationships, ensuring pre- and post- meetings are conducted by the Sales team to provide customer feedback to management.
Directly sell appropriate product and service packages, meeting the desired needs of travel companies and businesses
Coordinate with the department to plan market development for the resort: find new target customers, find new use values of products- services...
Consulting, supporting, answering questions from customers.
Performing other tasks assigned by superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Mastering in hospitality activities.
• Being able to work independently under high pressure.
• Graduating from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business.
• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort.
• Having good commercial and business sense.
• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software.
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well.
• Being fluent in English; being able to using other language.
• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession.
• Having good situation solving skills.
