Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing our inventory and sales through B2B, B2C channels and other distribution platforms. The role focuses on building hotel, airlines, corporate & Government partnerships, optimizing our online listings, and driving revenue growth through digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Hotels, Airlines, Corporate & Government Partnership Development
Negotiate contracts, rates, and allotments with partners
Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across Vietnam
Handle contract renewals and performance reviews
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Channel Management
Monitor booking performance, conversion rates, and ranking
Ensure rates parity and competitiveness across all platforms & channels
Update partners content, pricing, promotions, and availability
Manage partners listings on our platforms
Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop strategies to increase bookings via platforms & other channels
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Optimize promotions, campaigns, and visibility of partners on our platforms
Account Management & Support
Act as the main contact between company and partners
Resolve issues related to promotions, ads, bookings, pricing, or customer complaints
Provide support and consultation to partners to improve performance
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service)
Reporting & Analysis
Track KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, and revenue contribution, ads etc.
Provide recommendations to improve ads & sales performance
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis

Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in hotel sales / OTA / travel industry
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Experience working with OTA platforms or hotel systems is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good understanding of OTA and other travel platforms and online distribution
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
Language
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
