Collect customer feedback and provide it to hotel management to contribute to the improvement of the hotel and respond if required.
Issue quotations and contracts under the guidance of ADOS & SM.
Plan sales strategy and implement tactics with Sales Manager to achieve budget.
Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to network and expand knowledge.
Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager.
Handle site inspections as assigned.
Track business results and report to ADOS & SM on a weekly basis.
Conduct ICCA platform lead research under the guidance of ADOS.
Assist in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning and execution of events.
Compose weekly sales report and monthly P&L report under the guidance of ADOS.
Collaborate with other departments such as catering, AV, and operations to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry influencers.
Conduct market research to assist with market positioning, new promotions, and campaigns.
Coordinate confirmed groups and group requests, issue BEOs, and assign group resumes.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement in revenue generation.
Maintain a regular sales call pattern, ENT under the guidance of ADOS & SM.
Keep up- to- date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Assist with the preparation of new products and services.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients.
Assist with event planning and coordination as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proven experience in convention sales or event marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Knowledge of revenue management and budgeting
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
