Job Summary
The Travel Agent (TA) Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with hotels, travel agents, tour operators, and other B2B partners. The role focuses on promoting the company’s travel products & services (tours, hotel packages, transportation, and experiences, etc), increasing partner sales, and expanding the company’s distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
Travel Agent Partnership Development
Conduct regular partner visits, meetings, and presentations
Negotiate contracts, ads, promotions, commission structures, and pricing agreements
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners (local & international)
Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, bookings, ads, partner growth)
Upsell and cross- sell additional services to partners
Promote company travel products & services (tour packages, hotels, transfers, experiences, etc.)
Develop customized travel & ads packages for partners based on market demand
Product & Market Management
Coordinate with product team to develop competitive service packages
Ensure product information is accurate and up to date
Suggest new products & services and pricing strategies
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Account Management & Support
Resolve complaints and ensure partner satisfaction
Provide training and guidance on company products & services and systems
Act as the main contact for our partners
Handle inquiries, bookings, and operational issues
Marketing & Promotion
Collaboration with marketing team on campaigns targeting partners
Support digital promotion through B2B platforms and channels
Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
Organize promotion & events, workshops, and familiarization (FAM) trips
Reporting & Analysis
Track KPIs such as ads performance, booking volume, revenue, and partner activity
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Analyze sales data and recommend improvements

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in hotels, travel agency, tour operator, or B2B sales
Strong knowledge of travel industry and destinations (Vietnam preferred)
Skills & Competencies
Good organizational and problem- solving skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship- building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Language
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)

Sales revenue & ads booking volume from TA channel
