Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, events, and community outreach activities aimed at generating leads
Provide an outstanding customer experience for every prospective parent and student, including prompt follow- up and ongoing relationship management.
Manage the full admissions sales cycle — from inquiry to application to enrolment — with a strong focus on conversion rates.
Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the admissions system.
Conduct school tours and presentations that effectively highlight Tesla’s IB programmes, facilities, and student achievements.
Ensure every interaction reflects Tesla’s values, educational philosophy, and commitment to excellence.
Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets as set by the Head of School/Marketing Committee.
Actively promote Tesla’s educational programmes to prospective families, both locally and internationally.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework is a plus (+)
Experience in an international school setting is a plus (+)
Proven track record in sales
Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Highly organised, detail- oriented, and persistent in follow- up
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
At least 3 years in the same position.
