Sales Executive – Visa Consultant

Job Description
• Follow up on application progress and provide after- service support.
• Guide and assist customers with application procedures, documents, timelines, and costs.
• Collect customer information and advise suitable visa solutions (tourist, family visit, business, study).
• Consult and support customers via Facebook, Zalo, hotline, website, and events.
Requirements
• Outgoing personality; proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Age under 26.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: 14–16 million VND/month.
• Social insurance (BHXH) in accordance with State regulations.
Work Location
Deutsches Haus, 33 Le Duan Street, District 1, HCMC.
