Contact with accountants and travel agent for monthly flight ticket liability
Consolidate month end report
Check and follow up inquiries report
Contact with accounts for payments/process
Support for calendar of trips, marketing, promotions, events
Issue and follow up contract/ allotment/ barter/ special offer agreements signed
Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise. Be the ‘go to’ person for all matters related to sales, marketing, distribution and rates for all hotel colleagues.
Support for processing entertainment/ business trip/ laundry/ taxi/ purchase request/ voucher request/ HR & leave record
Ensure that all paperwork associated with the work of the department is processed quickly and efficiently, including letters, emails, contracts and reports.
Weekly meeting reports
Contact with reservations for support
Contact with Travel Agent for checking flight ticket
Contact and follow up inquiries with agents
Mailing documents
Providing administration support
Answering incoming calls; taking message and re- directing calls as required
Consolidate year end reports

Detail- oriented and efficient.
Reliable with patience and professionalism.
Third or final year student majors in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality or Journalism
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi- task.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting.
Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office.
Full- time internship for a minimum period of 3 months
Highly motivated with “can do” attitude.
