Thông tin cơ bản
Mô tả công việc
- Processing of customers order delivery and or shipment to ensure all customer’s orders are fulfilled
- Coordinate product qualification process
- Publishing weekly stock report and monthly stock aging report to customers on every first week of the month
- Maintaining customer’s master file duly updated
- Liaise with internal/external department for delivery schedule.
- Actively participate and support improvement programs
- Update daily, weekly and monthly production plan to meet customer demand by proportion company’s resources
- To ensure company Sales & Log Objective target are met.
- Ensure the communication flow effectively passed through and achieved OTIF delivery.
- Coordinate design development between Customers, Print Prep Department for commercial production
- Ensure customers fulfil MOQ per production run and MOQ per design development
- Stock inventory management on finish goods.
Technical- Education: College degree or higher in Business Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.- Skills & Competence:•Able to read/write report and communicate in English.•Proficient in excel worksheet.•Able to work to tight deadlines.2. Interpersonal•Conscientious, motivated and good initiative.•Able to work well with other functional departments.•Good communication skills – able to effectively communicate with staff at the lower level.•Able to multitask
