SALES MANAGER

Develop and execute the business plan in the assigned territory.
Identify and grow new customer segments, including:
• Potential individual customers (wellness- focused, health- conscious)
• Organizations and companies with retreat or wellness travel needs
• Team- building and MICE organizers
• Travel agencies (outbound/inbound)
Support booking requests, contract handling, and customer service before, during, and after their stay.
Provide regular performance reports to direct management.
Organize sales calls, sales trips, product presentations to partners, and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure stable revenue on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales content tailored to the Southern Vietnam market.

Able to cope with pressure.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
Good organization, management and problem- solving skills.
Good English language skill, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Computer literate.
