- Meet with key and potential customers and ensure that pre & post meetings are conducted by the Sales personnel to provide feedbacks to management.
- Ensure timely dissemination of sales related information to other operating Departments.
- Ensure sales personnel are constantly updated on competitors’ activities, with summarized report submitted during the sales meeting and/or where necessary.
- Attends major travel functions, sales trips and promotional events to promote sales for the hotel as assigned by the Director of Sales. Provide regular feedbacks and recommendations to capitalize on opportunities and suggestions to address threats.
- Directs all sales activities of direct report to ensure that they meet the target goals.
- Supervises and measures goals set with direct report and assist in formulating strategies to address shortfall.
- Establishes and maintain files on productive and potential accounts.
- Support and assist direct report by conducting selective calls to key and challenging accounts.
- Assist and supervise the execution of group meetings, seminars and related events to enhance guests’ experience and encourage repeat business.
- Effective implementation of the sales accounts management system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up to date.
- Analyses market changes and under the direction of the Director of Sales, implement programs to meet these changes that may be brought about by political, economic or competitive changes in the marketplace.
SALES SOLICITATION :
- Performs related duties and special projects as may be assigned.
- Maintain direct sales involvement with key customers in each market segment to stay current with the needs of the market, competitive initiatives and the effectiveness of the programs.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, business confidentiality, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, business partners and employees.
- Participate in accurate forecasting procedures in rooms’ inventory control and catering so as to maximize revenue per room and per cover.
CONFIDENTIALITY
RESTRICTION ON PRESS RELEASES AND PUBLIC STATEMENTS
- To ensure that no press releases or public statements are made without the prior consent of the General Manager.
DIVULGING HOTEL INFORMATION
- Follow communication lines and report lines.
- Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook
- Well- groomed, neat and tidy at work
- Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
- Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
- The incumbent will not (either during or after his/her employment), without the hotel’s written consent, divulge any information concerning the hotel or any associated hotels or any of their dealings, transactions or affairs which may come to the incumbent’s knowledge during or in the course of his/her employment with the company.
- Maintain Sunrise standards of service quality and performance standards

Yêu cầu công việc
- Hard working, willing to work long hours
- English – good command for spoken, writing and comprehension.
- Personality – dynamic, outgoing, pleasant, honest and with integrity.
- University graduate with diploma in English language
- Min. 4 years sales experience
- Leadership qualities, mature thinking and able to make sound decisions
- Additional foreign language is an advantage
Aptitude to learn, Team player
