Sales Manager - Based in HCM

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare revenue reports, forecasts, and sales analysis for management.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities from multiple market segments (Corporate, MICE, OTA, Government, etc.).
Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions and branding campaigns.
Develop and execute sales plans in line with the resort’s business objectives.
Ensure achievement or overachievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead, coach, and manage the Sales team (Sales Executives, Sales Coordinators).
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Sales Manager or similar position in 4–5 star hotels/resorts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
Strong knowledge of hospitality sales markets, especially Corporate, MICE, and OTA.
Strong client network within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Proven leadership and team management ability.
