Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and account plans.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent client experiences
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
Develop and grow corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Relevant education certifications
Experience managing corporate, government, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into business.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management principle
Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy. Familiarity with hotel systems and operational reporting tools is an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, business development, or hospitality sales management
Excellent English speaking and writing proficiency.
Strong networking skills to develop long- term business partnerships and customer loyalty
Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales processes, and revenue management principles.
